Experience = Mistakes (And Lessons)

Every bug I’ve shipped, every “oops” in production, every late-night rollback — those are the real teachers. You can read docs all day, but nothing sticks like a mistake you have to fix yourself.

Experience isn’t a badge, it’s a collection of scars (and, if you’re lucky, a few good stories).

The trick is to treat every mistake as a lesson, not a failure. Over time, you start to recognize patterns, avoid old pitfalls, and maybe even help someone else dodge them too.

That’s how you know you’re growing — not by avoiding mistakes, but by learning from them.
